4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Khalti, eSewa, Fonepay, Razorpay). BookGarum does not store your payment card details.

5. Reviews

Only guests who have completed a verified stay may leave reviews. Reviews must be honest and factual. BookGarum reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

6. Liability

BookGarum is not liable for the quality of accommodation, services provided by hotels, or any disputes between guests and accommodation providers.
