Booking
How do I make a booking?
Search for your destination, select dates and guests, choose a property, select a room type, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
Can I book without a credit card?
Yes! BookGarum supports Khalti, eSewa, and Fonepay wallets for Nepali guests, and Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) for Indian guests.
Cancellation & Refunds
How do I cancel a booking?
Go to "My Bookings", find the booking, and click "Cancel". The cancellation policy shown during booking applies.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
Nepal: Khalti, eSewa, Fonepay. India: Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Some properties also accept cash payment at the hotel.
Can I pay in Indian Rupees (INR)?
Yes! Switch to INR currency in the header, and pay via Razorpay with Indian payment methods.
